Important Notes

  • Wearing of identity badge is mandatory at all times
  • Entry to Scientific Sessions, exhibition area, felicitation ceremony will be restricted to the registered delegates only
  • Lost badge will be replaced at the registration counter for a fee of N4,000
  • Only Spouse & Children can register as accompanying person for the Award Dinner
  • Registration for spouse/child must be done separately for each person as accompanying person
  •  Delegate registering under students category need to furnish their ID card’s which will be verified by the Organizing Committee at enquiry@noaconference.com

Cancellation

  • Cancellation is permitted up to 30TH April 2018  only against a written request submitted to the conference secretariat and 50% of the registration fee would be deducted   as processing charges.
  •  No cancellation is permitted on or after  1ST May 2018
  •  All refunds will be executed after the completion of The 42ND NOA Conference
  • All disputes are subject to Nigerian Jurisdiction only
