Important Notes

• Accompanying person is not entitled to conference kit bag, certificate and conference stationery

  • • Wearing of identity badge is mandatory at all times
  • • Entry to Scientific Sessions, exhibition area, felicitation ceremony will be restricted to the registered   delegates only
  • • Lost badge will be replaced at the registration counter for a fee of N4,000
  • • Only Spouse & Children can register as accompanying person for the Award Dinner
  • • Registration for spouse/child must be done separately for each person as accompanying person

• ** Delegate registering under students category need to furnish their ID card’s which will be verified by the   Organizing Committee at enquiry@noaconference.org

Cancellation / Refund Policy for Registration

  • • Cancellation is permitted upto 30th April 2017 only against a written request submitted to the conference secretariat and 50% of the registration fee would be deducted   as processing charges.
  • • No cancellation is permitted on or after  1st May 2017
  • • All refunds will be executed after the completion of The 41st NOA Conference

• All disputes are subject to Nigerian Jurisdiction only
